The Nebraska women's basketball team will participate in B1GWBBall Media Week, Monday, Oct. 22 through Friday, Oct. 26. The media week includes previews, coach interviews, player interviews and more from all 14 Big Ten Conference teams during the week.
A full schedule for media week will be announced on the Big Ten's women's basketball Twitter account @B1GWBBall on Sunday afternoon to set the stage for the upcoming week.
Nebraska women's basketball fans can follow the week's events on Twitter, Instagram, and the conference's Facebook page, as well as via Nebraska's @HuskersWBB Twitter account.
The Big Ten will announce its preseason awards mid-day on Monday.
Nebraska Coach Amy Williams will be featured in an interview on Tuesday at around 1:20 p.m. Later Tuesday, the Huskers will take the court for an open practice at Pinnacle Bank Arena at 7 p.m.
On Wednesday, senior forward Maddie Simon will appear in an interview at 1:20 p.m.
Husker sophomore Kate Cain is featured on Thursday afternoon.
Media week will wrap up Friday with the annual Big Ten Coaches Preseason Media Teleconference.
The following week, the Big Ten Network will show its annual Women's Basketball Preseason Special, airing for the first time on Thursday, Nov. 1 at 3 p.m. (CT).
