You're a bit behind the news on this one.
FBSchedules and others have removed the schedules because Nebraska, Ohio State, Iowa, and Illinois (maybe more now?) have removed the schedules from their official school websites.
This is likely in response to other conferences removing divisions. When the Big XII petitioned the NCAA to get their CCG back (without divisions), they inadvertly opened the door for other conferences to drop divisions altogether and let their top two teams play for a CCG.
So far, the Pac-12 and Mountain West (+ pre-existing Big XII) have announced they will remove divisional alignment for 2023.
Many suspect the B1G, SEC and ACC may follow.
No word on the official scheduling model for any conference yet, but a model with each team playing 2-3 protected annual rivals seems to be the most suitable option.
IF (big if) this is the future, you'd likely see Nebraska getting annual games against Iowa, Minnesota, and/or Wisconsin, with a better rotation through the rest of the Big Ten. It would be nice to finally get a year where we draw Indiana, Illinois, Maryland, Rutgers, etc., instead of always getting the Murderer's Row of Ohio State, Michigan and Penn State.
