I had not known this was even a discussion. Color me Shocked.
He wasn't getting glowing reports from the coaches. The depth chart must have been too deep for him.
Least surprise of the year to be honest. To be blunt best for both parties. I will leave it at that. Best ot him in his future endeavors.
Is it safe to assume he found himself pretty low on the depth chart?
Yeah Ruud called him out after spring, then this fall Miller moved inside... not much talk of him(Roberts), heck I remember Jacob W (the walk on) getting some mention in a interview.

They are all getting closer to hearing about it...
Maybe even being referred to as former walk-on.
Not a blow to team performance this year (low on the depth chart), but a disappointment none the less. Had so much hope for him coming in. Best of luck to him.
