Can't say I am surprised, but it's always good to get a neutral, objective third-party verification that things are running smoothly.

Im glad to see that the review was pretty much uneventful. To think it would be perfect we'd be fooling ourselves. ANY A.D. or other staff member would have things to work on and get better at. The fact he isnt visible enough, is better than an AD who needs to be in front of the TV at all times. Im sure there are also coaches of bowling, archery and swimming who dont think they are paid commensurately well enough,(which is probably true) or have the ear of the AD at all, thats to be expected too. Overall Im very pleased with the info I have read about our AD.

Props to Shawn Eichorst! As the results of the survey show, he is a well-respected and well-liked AD.

Keep up the great work!

A couple juicy tidbits:
Most of the coaches expressed an understanding of why the higher profile
staffing changes were made and the need for these to be handled with a higher level of
confidentiality. Many of these decisions regarding the approach utilized for terminations
have been handled at the University level and have been taken out of the hands of the
Department of Athletics leadership. Even this information is not shared or understood,
creating the perception that the senior leadership of the Department of Athletics is
arbitrarily engaging in disruptive, surprising and questionable staffing decisions.
Hmm. I wouldn't have said arbitrary, but disruptive and questionable, sure. If we're talking about the Pelini firing I mean.

The surprising part of these interviews was that this
constituent group also had positive comments. Those terminated tended to hark back to
the culture of the previous administration in which they felt valued for their contributions.
...
The current administration appears to be mindful of the
importance of employees working to support, rather than undermine, the success of the
department. It appears some former employees were working to sabotage rather than
support the efforts of the leadership and staff of this department. Behavior described
during the interview process by the interviewees themselves strongly suggests that, in
some cases, this was happening.
Dude -- they said it! Sabotage.

Regardless of which staff(s) this references, every fan should be PO'd about this part of your quote. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Every former AD employee is a suspect....especially Tom Osborne. He needs to answer for what he's been up to. I've seen some pictures of him wearing basically the same sunglasses as Ad Rock in the Sabotage video. Might mean something, might not. Just throwing it out there.

Sabotage is possibly my favorite Sabbath album (saw them on the tour supporting that album at Pershing Auditorium), but it's not a word I like associated with Athletic Dept. staff members. Am I shocked? Not hardly

I can think of at least two guys who most likely taught it to some of their players too.
