Went for a walk with the mrs. Getting caught up

Solid win!
Cooper K had a wonderful six innings even if he gave up a three run homer his last at bat… just really solid! So nice to see from that boy who was really, really struggling!
Some of our relief pictures still give up way too many walks.
But I’m being picky…. Creighton was never in that game from the start….. we owned it.
And…
I can’t remember a year when we swept Creighton!
On to Minny!!

Eight walks with an 8-0 lead is not being picky, it’s having reasonable expectations for a team that has significant postseason aspirations. But, at 38-14 (along with a 3-0 sweep of Creighton), yeah, we don’t wanna seem crazy, I guess. 
Let’s go take Minnesota and get a home regional closer in our sights.
