yes money can recruit...It is pretty nuts to think Texas will have two of the highest ranked quarterback recruits ever. Both Ewers and Manning are the national #1 overall recruits for their respective classes. I wonder if one college team has ever had this. Doubtful.
TBD if Sark and staff can turn things around in Austin. But man, can they recruit.
nope, ewers starts 2022, gets replaced by manning in 2023, and transfers out, starts at new college team in 2024
dont forget tho, ewers reclassified early, so hes only 1 year older than manning, too close to call once they both are in the room.A possibility.
Though Ewers will have the advantage of starting this fall while Manning finishes high school. And it would absolutely be more ideal to have Ewers become a multi-year (two) starter -- just for the sake of continuity. By 2024, though, Ewers will be NFL draft eligible. If he's anywhere close to his hype, he won't spend four years (which would include 2024) in college.
We may have a better sense with this watching Ewers play this season.
Either identify the "fans on this board who still believe SF is the second coming of TO" or stop making up crap. They defend him as much as they did TO so.......yes we do. And nothing cool about it. Its kind of sad to realize the extent of failure that has been achieved and people still happy with our head coach.
