sip and callahan have talked about nil, no one really knows exactly how much each collective is really bringing in and handing out. theres no transparency there. all you hear about is snippets in the news about this team or that team getting money. sometimes you hear more like the case of cade now at iowa. he stated nebraska's offer was very organized.
