Not sure he is "under the radar." There could be a variety of reasons why he is still being recruited.

Note his coach makes a comment about him growing to 6'6", which would imply he is still growing. Young men mature at different ages, and (speculation here), he may not have been Div I size a year ago.

Edit -- Yup, actually in the video, during the interview he states he was only 5'11" as a freshmen.
