Any ideas why the 10th best prospect in Alabama did not have an offer from Alabama or Auburn?
Two things I've read:
a.) Lack of 'straight line speed.'
b.) His commit to NU has perked some ears, and 'recruiting analysts' are wondering if someone else may come after him now.
Sounded like Auburn was close to offering as he had a visit scheduled there in 2 weeks. Bama already has a commit from a highly touted back of similar size from Orlando (Demetrious Hart).
