Kansas City's team batting average is third in the majors -- very impressive. They have a ton of good, young bats -- and Alex is leading the way (finally) this season. It's really a fun team to watch -- and if they ever get a couple more quality starting arms, look out. Chen is probably their best starter right now -- but ideally shouldn't be more than a #2 or #3. Hochevar is still very inconsistent but has some decent stuff -- doubt he'll ever be the ace they were hoping for. Danny Duffy has been taking his lumps as a rookie this season; next season will tell quite a bit.
The Royals have more future potential than they've had in many years now. Alex is living up to his potential. Am anxious to see if the team as a whole will folllow next season.
