Alex Gordon All Star


Pretty awesome. I can't remember the last time the Royals had two players on the All-Star team who were both non-pitchers. Congrats to him and Perez.
 



It truly is wonderful. All they hype and expectations. And then years struggling to even make it in the majors ... and to finally becoming the player we all thought he could be. Hats off to Alex!
 
Way to go Alex! Great to see all his hard work paying off at last. It's hard to have patience in professional sports, so this guy should be an example to lots of players/coaches.
 
Good for Alex!! He deserves it. I met him several years ago. he is a nice young man. I wish him well.
 




Alex made a catch with Rivera in the game he will remember that one and got to bat, actually all the Royals got to play
