Got a room full of 5.10/182, 3*** guys now. We let two 4**** guys in Scott and Morrison walk away after the season.

I'd say it's even money at this point.
What kind of perspective? A couple of 4 star guys who couldn't get on the field. Whether it be work ethic or playbook knowledge, they couldn't cut it. Sorry about their luck. Keep bringing talent in. Eventually a star will emerge.

Possibly. But if they don't know their responsibilities, should they be on the field? Guessing that is where some issues were. A lot of kids have talent, but need to put in the work to earn the playing time. Some understand, some don't.

2. It appears that we are trading down talent wise. But, time will tell.
Maybe the offensive staff that was tasked with developing them and giving them lanes to run through who just happened to get canned?
Who playing the position did look like they knew their responsibilities? If it’s one or two I chalk it up to the individual when it’s the whole room it’s one of those things that make you go hmmm.
Kinds makes you wonder how the practices went. Four RB's and none coming to the top?
Still not clear if the team is running 4 practice stations, giving everyone a chance to practice. With 160 kids on the team, are they getting enough reps?

As far as star rating, doesn't mean a lot. The last two backs who performed well for a season or more were both 3 star kids, Ozigbo and Abdullah.
Nash, I can't argue with either of your comments. I wondered what Held brought to the table. Didnt see much for development. Playing time seemed schizophrenic at best as far as who was in the game in different situations. Confusing. I believe the room will continue to turn over so keep bringing guys in. 3 star, 4 star, 5 star, whatever. Eventually, cream will rise to the top.
