Ahman Green

Yes he is. He only played for 3 years in Lincoln and his name is still all over the record books.

Ahman was very good and he is in my top three. No way he beats Rozier though. Rozier also only played three years. I have never seen anyone that runs like Mike. Mike does not get injured against Miami and we win that one.

He may not be as good of a man as Ahman but IMHO Rozier will always be the greatest.

AG had a 6.8 yard average his senior year, MR had 10.6
Although they had nearly identical carries 275-278 Rozier out rushed him by nearly 300 yards.

Truly one of the Greats, and not just for Nebraska, but in all of College ball. He did okay as a pro too...;)

All-time leading rusher for one of the NFL's oldest teams. With as many NFL HOFers that played for the Packers ... he sure does stand out!

Rozier's fashion is unmatched.

My sister went to high school in Omaha and ran track. She said every track meet she saw Ahman at, he was at least 30 meters ahead of the everybody else, if not more.

Ahman is one of my all time favorite Huskers. When I was 14, I went to the Orange Bowl against Tennessee (after which Ahman decided to go pro). I stayed up all night after the game at the players' hotel, waiting to meet him. I had gotten all the players' and coaches' autographs that week except for his. He was the last player to come out of the room where they were all celebrating winning the national championship (I think they found out about the Coaches Poll results at about 1AM).

Anyway, Ahman finally came out with his family at I think 4AM and I got my picture taken with him. One of my favorite memories.
