A very fair, national take (video)

I think frost called all the Illinois plays
Thought play calling was handed over to Lubick

From the article:

As for who called the plays, Frost confirmed it was him. He collaborates with offensive coordinator Matt Lubick, but the play calling ultimately falls on Frost.

Interesting listen... that said, I don't buy his take that Cornheads don't expect DONU to compete with tOSU for Championships + win like back in the day - otherwise Solich & Pelini would've survived. Very slim margin for pleasing Husker Nation ... no pressure Trev, it's all in how you write the help wanted ad - only HOF caliber coaches need apply, patient all knowing, rarely critical fan base, just win a lot immediately, sooner if possible +keep winning more and always improving ...& all will be well.

I admit now, I never liked his deflection to bad culture. It may have been true, but you don't fix it by dragging your players through the mud.
I sold 100% of my Scott Frost stock the minute after he said he “inherited a team with weak confidence” after the Iowa game in 2019. It was never going to end well.

Worth the watch.

When you play a game with no other games to distract attention, a lot of people saw it, and the opinions are everywhere now. It was the #1 story of the college football weekend.

Pretty difficult debating this take.

I made it to 6:40... a waste of every second... did he ever get to a point?
