They have 9 seniors let's see if he can build a team that competes at this level next year. They get all the credit for what they had this year, now you have to see if he was a one hit wonder with 9 seniors or can be build a sustained team.

I have no idea how the ladies spent there time between Kansas on Friday night and A&M on Sunday. However, when Louisville lost to A&M on Friday night my first thought was I hope we don’t go all hostess/console mode for Dani’s former team til after Sunday’s match. I don’t think it was the brown bottle flu they were dealing with especially after today’s bball games, but if they did go hostess mode I don’t think that was wise for their mental state.

Yeah everyone has seniors, but they had 9, over half of their team. They should pull some players, but Texas and SMU have been the volleyball powers in Texas lately, so they are going to have to compete with them for players. The portal will help get them some replacements quick, looks like a lot of players hitting the portal this year.

Yeah there's nothing wrong with the portal, in fact I'm not even sure if A&M used the portal that much. I'd have to guess at least a couple players came through the portal since he had 9 seniors, but many may have been there for a few years.

They key with the portal is, since he's losing over half of his team to graduation he should be able to fill in some blank spaces so he doesn't take such a big hit. He had 5 in his 2026 recruiting class, so he'd have room for a couple more if he finds someone he likes.
