A$M vs Kentucky

So how is it that A&M was able to catch lightning in a bottle like this? Morrison is apparently a good coach, but he took this team from losers 2 years ago to the NC match. Their front line is formidable. Were they groomed from freshmen/sophomores within the program? Transferred in from the portal?

(I tried looking on the A&M website but it sucks for details)
