Lindsey Moore was courtside at the Washington game today, wearing her Husker letter jacket. She apparently has a kid now! Appeared like she has a son who's about 2-3 years old, I think. The BTN broadcasters mentioned she stopped by the Nebraska practice yesterday and talked to the team. Her message? Embrace what you're doing now, because it goes by really fast.
I've never been able to figure out why Lindsey hasn't gotten another coaching job ever since she was an assistant at University of the Pacific in 2020-21. The only thing I can think of is she's happy where she is, living in Washington and "just" being a Mom. If that makes her happy, I'm glad for her. Selfishly though, I wish the AD gave Amy enough money to go get former players like Lindsey, Sam Haiby, Annika Stewart (who was recently in Lincoln visiting her former teammates) and Alexis Markowski to help the current players. IMO, Bozan, Peatrie and Fisher would really benefit by going to "rebounding school" taught by Alexis Markowski and Annika Stewart.
