Now, just WHO do you think he IS talking to.....In reference to Carriker’s piece on this topic.
I love it. Don’t tell us, show us.
Hopefully this signals some self awareness.
Grateful that Rhule has demonstrated an appropriate awareness of the value of being in the public eye on behalf of Husker football to attract recruits and enhance the image of the program. Look forward to him effectively continuing to be in the spotlight in the months to come.In reference to Carriker’s piece on this topic.

Finally have an adult in the roomPersonal opinion... Rhule is the right guy for this job. I did NOT feel that way about Frost and certainly not Riley, but I do feel like Rhule understands the gravity and the culture of this role. This years schedule is set up incredibly difficult but I think he deserves benefit of the doubt beyond this season if I'm being objective about the state of the program from a high level perspective.
Yeah Rhule hasn't done any more sleepovers with recruits....Maybe Rhule has taken a page from Jim Harbaugh’s book of lessons learned?
Two of the three seasons have been underachieving IMO. I give him a pass on year one. He’s at the controls, every aspect of Cornhusker football is all him now. There is no one left to blame but him. He has top 20’ish talent. His teams play like they have top 70’ish talent. Zero excuse for a subpar season last year, none. He either needs to produce, or be replaced, although they can’t do that for at least two more seasons due to the ignorant extension.Personal opinion... Rhule is the right guy for this job. He is about due for a contract extension or somethingTwo of the three seasons have been underachieving IMO. I give him a pass on year one. He needs to stop being a car salesman and be a gritty, kick your ass football coach. Nothing else needs to be said. It ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT TAKE 4 seasons to get results in today’s CFB. His teams need to toughen up, hit people, and play exciting, aggressive football. Nothing else needs to be said. He’s 19-19 after 3 years. That’s all that matters. His time is right now. For those who say he needs 4-6 seasons to start winning, I only say, LOOK AROUND.
Ohh Good Lord, please. Lol.He is about due for a contract extension or something

I’m there. I don’t care. I just go off of what WE all see. So far, we’ve seen garbage. Maybe he’ll change that? No idea.Hang in there @Husker In Oklahoma.
If Coach Rhule's, subtle hints about our craptastic Athletic Department are true, 2-3 years should show progress.
If not, adios muchacho.
