I got this recipe from Hillbilly Kitchen on youtube.
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of warm water
1 tsp of salt, sugar and yeast.
Mix the dry ingredients and then pour in warm water (~100 degrees)
my mixture was a little soupy and I think it is because I sifted the all purpose flour.
let the dough sit for 2 hours covered in a warm area
I coated the bread pan with olive oil
let that sit for another 30 minutes covered
bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. I went the full 35 minutes
not too bad for my first effort. Toasted it was wonderful. Next time I'm trying rolls with this recipe.
