This is one close knit group of coaches and you can get the feel of it rubbing off on the team.
Adrian is very relaxed and a well-spoken young man. It's a pleasure listening to him.
I like Coach Beckton's way of creating competition between players:
He put Kirk Rafdal in @ the 1's, trying to get Austin Allen to make sure that he understands, "that's not my spot right now."
He likes to juggle players around. Some periods he may not play a guy and they'll think he's upset with them...no, it's all about competition.
