OG Parish from Omaha Westside just got offered and is considered to be the top rated pick in the state. Question is, why is this staff so slow to offer in state players? He has been offered by six other schools including ia and ks.

I liked the comment I saw earlier this week, about Osborne making the instate players a priority, saying the program needs the enthusiasm that the kids who have dreamed of playing for Nebraska all their lives. Somewhere, the instate players were taken for granted that they would just come to Lincoln. Ignoring the instate kids allowed the recruiters to go for the out of state kids. Pretty soon, the instate kids started ignoring Nebraska and look elsewhere.

Those instate kids need to be made a priority again.
