Penn State. With all the posts on Campbell’s struggle to recruit, I am surprised they are as high as they are.
They have lost a couple of guys to flips this past week
A 4* RB to Rutgers being one
I like Matt Campbell but he is in a totally different world now
Not sure if it will hold, but NU at #3 in the B1G at this stage of the recruiting cycle is very impressive. Finishing anywhere in the top 5 in the conference would be remarkable.
UCLA at #5 is surprising.
Indiana at #14 coming of their championship is surprising as well. They tend to do their work in the Portal rather than HS class though.

With the new recruiting landscape and the portal a case majority of schools are close to bring done
It might move a bit but nothing of consequence
It's interesting that Indiana is so low after the success they've had. I think this probably means two things. One, Indiana is prioritizing proven talent (i.e., portal transfers with demonstrated success over unproven high school prospects), and two, Cignetti does a better job evaluating talent than the people who give out the stars.
