2026 Season Record and Top Ten contests open 8/17

I will write the threads and get them up a few days before that, locked, so folks can review the rules and be prepared in advance.

The intention is to open them at 12:00 noon central time on the 17th.

Based on the results of discussion and voting from last year about the Season Record Contest, as the new entry thread lays out, there will be two Season Record leaderboards, calculated with two different methods.

I have not written the spreadsheet to do that yet. I better get on it.
