How in the world do you make each of them seem special over a weekend?
Good question. I was also wondering how they’re going to manage such a large group of highly rated recruits while also managing the team.
Good problem to have, though.

For everyone who was wishing for commits to come out of last weekend, THIS is what you were actually hoping for. You guys were hosting some of the best players in the country. Last weekend was an opportunity to introduce your program and staff to these kids. Remember, most of these kids have relationships with coaches that are a year old.
Getting players back for the spring game is huge. That's the next step. Get them back for another visit, especially on their own dime. Then you position yourself for an OV. That's when you're looking for a commit with guys like this, and most of the guys you brought to town last week.
Last week Gatlin Bair competed in the Texas Relays in Austin. He took first place in the 100-meters and ran a 10.18 in his prelim.
