Just listened to it. Would be great if these radio people (not just these two, it must be taught now) would stop interrupting the guest's answers so much. With that being said, not sure what I think. He really wanted it to be known that Penn State was still "in it" and have always been. Decent interview despite the butting in by the radio talking heads though the questions were all over the board, IMO. Huskers are in for a major fight for this potential commit, though again, JMO.

Man, I totally agree. I get anxiety attacks listening to these interviews.

It is an INTERVIEW. Let the guests speak.
 



In the article RR posted he says if the NCAA extends the dead period through September he'll probably just make a decision without any visits. I'd hate for that to happen, given that visits are our best recruiting weapon, but it would almost certainly mean that Fidone declares for NU. I think only a visit to LSU or PSU would be enough to push him elsewhere at this point.

Nice read. Happy that a local guy has so many big time options. It is hard not to feel that his working out with Noah Fant gives the Hawkeyes an inside track. I know the CB picks seem to favor us, but I'm skeptical. Maybe the recent negative press about the Hawkeye football team will help us. But then again, if I was a high school player and considering Iowa I'd base my decision on my own experiences with the coaches, not others experiences.
