The offer to Jackson came six days after he de-committed from Auburn, where he was committed for slightly more than a month. Alabama has hosted him for an unofficial visit. Jackson holds 12 offers. Expect him to be one of the top running back recruits in the nation by the time his class is in the spotlight. The Lithonia, Ga., native is from the same city as Nebraska signee Caleb Tannor, but Jackson attends Stephenson. Tannor went to Miller Grove.
According to 247Sports, Flowe is the No. 1 outside linebacker in the class and the No. 8 overall prospect. He holds 22 offers. Since January, Florida, Florida State, Arizona State, Tennessee and Nebraska have offered him. West Coast programs such as USC, UCLA and Oregon will push hard for the Upland, Calif., star.
After spending a little time at Omaha Burke last week, it’s clear that college coaches like 2020 prospect Xavier Watts. Watts has early scholarship offers from Iowa State and Purdue and head coach Paul Limongi thinks he’ll attract a lot of attention in the coming months and years.
As a sophomore, Watts had 35 catches for 813 yards and nine touchdowns as a receiver and also played on defense. As a junior, he’ll play receiver and also free safety, Limongi said.
Watts is listed at 6-foot-1 and 180 pounds and is also a talented basketball player. He is currently second on the team in scoring at 11.2 points per game.
