2016 Wing Isaiah Roby 'N'

Roby talks commitment:

“Ever since I started talking to coach Miles and coach Molinari, I felt like I had a connection with them and they prioritized me, and said they wanted me really, really bad. They’re people and coaches that I really want to be around and everything about Nebraska I loved — the facilities are great, the school is great, the players are great, the coaches are great.

The 6-foot-7 is a versatile player who will help Nebraska in a number of ways. Roby said Miles envisions Roby as a point forward — a player who can create, score and rebound his position

Outstanding! Looks like a great pick up. Welcome to Nebraska Isaiah! Looking forward to seeing you in the Vault.

The state of Illinois has been very good to us this recruiting season and not only in basketball. Welcome Mr Roby! I look forward to seeing you do great things in Lincoln.

From Barfknecht's article on him:

“One thing Coach Miles said he liked about me was that I don’t have any leg hair or facial hair yet,” Roby said. “He said that shows I have a lot of room to grow yet.”

Generally, I think as we go forward we're going to find Miles is a good judge of talent and potential, even on younger players.
