Canada the favorite....not sure why as they have not fared well at all in this competition of late.....have not won since 2009....6 years ago....USA second favorite and we have actually done well over the past 5 or 6 years....won in 2010 and 2013.....


USA is playing Finland today.....who won the 2014 competition in Sweden.....so a big opening match....
 

Oh I know....its the only reason....I would like nothing better than to win up their again like we did in 2010.....that team for us was loaded....lot of young NHL stars.....

US looks very good. Fin's are a good team as well. USA looked dominant most of the time though. Should be an interesting 3rd period.
 




Big win for the USA....can't overstate that....maybe the best team we will play in this competition....
