I received all of the past hall of fame members from HP, (special thanks to FJBFOUR) this has caused an issue. Once you have been put in the hall you can't be nominated again. So since that eliminated all but one poster I will open this up again for nominations.

How is this inductee(s) determined again?? Does the top vote getter get in, the top 2, a certain % of votes????
