Well looks like the youth movement is just a fantasy...oh well....

Interesting no Dempsey....who along with Bradley (just had off season foot surgery) Klinsman called out in public before the last friendless for coming back to play in MLS....and yet Jones he is bound and determined to keep thorough this WC cycle it appears as a central defender....go figure...hope Demps is not getting the Boca and Donovan freeze-out treatment....

Oh and Landon Donovan going out in a blaze in MLS....should have been in Brazil.....

I love Becks to death, but and he and Beaz are no youngsters either....both 32 pushing 33....

And yet all 3 were called in....none getting many minutes at club level.....hopefully Jozy as rumored heads back to MLS to play for Jason Kries with NYC FC.....would be a good move for him for so many reasons....

Ah here we go....and yet Jones is 33, Becks 32, Wondo 32 (baffled even more at him getting called in) and Beaz 32.....

What a mess we have seen since Brazil....appears to be no vision or plan for the future....which is why its usually not a good thing to keep a coach around for two cycles....

As another poster on here said this is the time to bring in the youngsters and play them and see what they have and who can help....next summer will be too late with the Gold Cup on the line to earn a spot in the Confederations Cup....

But the biggest criticisms against Klinsmann will be for his call-ups of Chris Wondolowski and Bobby Wood. Most fans have seen more than enough from both players, neither of whom who appear to be international caliber. Wood in particular struggled to find a rhythm in either of the U.S.’s last two friendlies and at club level has even been recently dropped from 1860’s Munich’s first team.
