Friend told me the only reason he did not commit was Dad told him to take a couple of more visits to make sure he has some perspective when he makes his decision. Looks like Oregon & Oregon State then a decision,

Wants to visit Oregon when they play Oregon State in the "Civil War"

If he can get Dad to come out with him before that to see it for himself (Wisconsin game perhaps?), I bet that visit doesn't happen.
