I actually kind of like. (even though it will make me crazy) That the first three days of practice there are no folks talking to the press. The main reason is the first week of practice is usually the ugliest. As guys get back into the swing of things the most mistakes are made. by week two folks are starting to settle in and get timing right.

Explain "No media access". No photos? No sportswriters anywhere?

If so, more restricted than lethal injection or electrocution chair execution

Last year they would often let the press in on "No press days" during warm ups and stretching.

"The Husker head coach himself has said he's never been so eager to get to the next season. On Wednesday, as he wrapped up his first class after a full recruiting cycle at Nebraska, Frost spoke of seeing the same enthusiasm from his players.

“The biggest difference I see is how kids walk onto our floor more often. They are around the coaches, they have smiles on their faces. I think everybody is excited, and that’s a far cry from where we were," Frost said. "I walked into the first team meeting room (last year), and you could’ve heard a pin drop in there. That’s not the team I want to coach. I want a team that where I walk into the team meeting room and they're having fun and chatting it up and love being around each other and then they can dial it in and get to work.

"The attitudes that I see and the camaraderie that I see isn’t even on the same level, not even close to where it was a year ago. I give credit to all of the assistant coaches that are working with them every day. I think these guys are ready to have a lot of fun.”

Scott Frost made no bones about his excitement level regarding his football team on Wednesday, near the midpoint of Nebraska's spring work.
"I'm not just happy, I'm thrilled," Frost said when asked about how Nebraska's come back to work this week after being off for spring break last week.
Frost said it's a sign of a mature football team and a group that understands what it wants to accomplish.
