On all forums..... the page continues to return to the top of the page after a short delay.
It appears that a video ad playing just under the forums tab is driving it to the top?

Solutions?
Suggestions on a way to disable the video ad?

Talk to @BigRedMax about this. He handles all ads. If the ad moves the margins of the board it can mess up look and feel depending on your browser
