You do realize that different PED's do different things? Do cyclists look like bodybuilders to you? We know cycling has been rife with doping for years. Meldonium and deccadron aren't going to cause muscle growth, but they'll make your joints and tendons feel a whole helluva lot better.

Regardless, there is no evidence that Roger Federer uses PEDs.
