Potential D1 Transfers

Having gone to SMU and with their recent success, I am a bit surprised that they have 4 Freshman transferring...I guess they feel they won't play any time soon?

THen there is the graduated transfer who can go to a new school without sitting out for his last year of eligibility. Don't konw who is out there. But.....

Is this a relatively new NCAA rule? I don't remember all these graduate transfers in the past and now it seems like it is happening a lot.

There is seriously a kid with the first name of McWisdom? That's awesome! I wonder if he's related to McLovin' ;)

less than 2 points a game after 4 years??<iframe id="rufous-sandbox" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" allowtransparency="true" style="display: none;"></iframe>

Seems like more of a fouler than a scorer.

I was a little perplexed by that one too, but Miles seems to have figured out what he needs. That being said, I think this kid probably just told the reporter where he's looking to go and said Nebraska as he knows Coach Harriman is here. Whether the interest is mutual, remains to be seen....

At least he has size which we need....and only eats up one year scholarship.

I'm sure Tim Miles and his staff have looked over this list, made some calls and have a good idea who they want to bring in already. They may wait for the new assistant to get here and also give input. Tim knows that taking another step up next year will require a few holes to be filled. While it isn't unusual for a freshman to do well, if he can get a known commodity to fill a role as a strong inside presence or acquire a good outside shooter, it would go a long ways toward improving us as a team.
