I think in this day of college football, 3 scholarship guys per year is about what you can expect, maybe 4. Masker will be interesting, super athletic kid. But in all honesty i haven’t seen him enough to know one way or the other.

If he can play ANYWHERE it’s going to be tough to keep him off the field.LM's a fabulous athlete, would love for him to redshirt, create a year of separation with AM & bulk up (although none of the three previous McCaffrey boys have redshirted), but I could see him playing early & often - even in a Bobby Newcombe-esque type role.
IF he were to redshirt, would still expect him to see the field at Boulder for a few plays - WR, jet sweep, backup QB (if score allows), victory formation, etc... as one of the potential 4 game redshirt limit games.
Don’t kid yourself. AM is the number one dude. Unless injured, he will retain that status.

You're correct. But practice reps will improve him. As for Mac, I believe he will push for playing time, at least in 4 games. If AM stays healthy.................

Absolutely but the QB’s under him will be prepared unlike other years.
