Been living on Diet Mt Dew for years. On the occasion I accidently grab the full strength stuff - I have to sit down for half an hour and put the wife on standby for rescue breathing. Drinking a Jolt would put her in high cotton and me somewhere under the garden.

I think it is an excellent colloquialism that we should all start using immediately.
