Who he has right now
Whoever Scott Frost chooses. If he’s the executive chef he gets to choose the sous and pastry chefs. I’m sure his current staff will get high consideration.
Assuming Frost is our guy, as *** said they will likely be the guys in place now. Walters gets the title with Frost calling the plays and Chinander at DC. The good news is Chinander is running a 3-4 and hopefully his IA background can be helpful with recruiting the upper Midwest (Chicagoland). Garrison was picking up a lot of steam in that area and it often gets overlooked in recruiting conversations.
What if CFU makes Walters or Chinander head coach? Do these guys stay put?

I guess it’s a possibility. There will be some pretty high profile guys out there available who are going to get booted from P5 jobs. But you may have a point if they want to have continuity in their current O’s and D’s.
How about a couple coaches who can teach FUNDAMENTAL football!!
