Saban is an absolute genius and super focused. Not sure he is the best X and O guy, but no question imo that he is the best ever manager.

I used to give Kiffen the benefit of the doubt, starting with his hassles with the crazy Raider's owner. The UT and USC stints began to sour me a little, but there is no doubt to me now that Kiffen has serious problems. His fifteen minutes are gone. Hope he invested well.
