We bought one of these several years ago (w/US$$) after going through a couple cheap ones. It has been fantastic. The wife grills year round here in Missouri. We had to replace the "flavor" covers last year but all the parts are easy to find on Amazon, which is probably true for all grills nowadays.

Yes, I'm worthless and weak. 
She rarely uses the stove for cooking. I do the weekend smoking on our Smokey Joe out back.
One advantage to being the gal in the family is that "no" and "I have a headache" are not in my vocabulary....
If I had to choose one grill to use for the rest of my life, it would still be my 22" Weber Kettle. I can grill on it and I can make out of this world BBQ on it. It may take a bit longer than a gas grill but nothing beats cooking over hardwood lump coals or smoking over real wood.
well i hate to bicker with you but my weber ranch grill is the king (pun intended) of all charcoal grills.
I'll allow it.
