How the heck do you embed a GIF?

Pasting the URL doesn't work, and pasting embed code doesn't seem to work either.

Yeah, not sure why that is all of a sudden. Almost nothing from there works.

Yeah, not sure why that is all of a sudden. Almost nothing from there works.

On the PC, I right-click on it and select "view image in new tab", then select/copy that URL, and embed that in the post with the pic button/tool.

On android I can't do it that way any more. I have to hack the URL as suggested in my previous post.

Ex:

Change "media.giphy.com" to "i.giphy.com",
and change "giphy.gif" to "giphy.webp"
