This year proved that the QB room can never be over crowded. Welcome aboard young man.
He compares favorably to Vedral
That’s my thought as well.
might have a future at receiver/TE
From a W/H article this morning, doesn't sound like he is coming as a qb at all.
The quarterback finished with 1,807 passing yards and 20 touchdowns and added 592 yards and nine touchdowns rushing. He said he will play either receiver or tight end at NU.
Good info, he’s athletic enough and has the frame for it.
No, that room is about as full as we want it to be. We will take the right walk-on kid tho.
While the initial intent is for him to play tight end or wide receiver, I’m sure they’ll take a look at him in a few practices and evaluate him as a QB. With his size and athleticism he could give QB a chance on scout team for a year.
As everyone has said, it is just great to see these good Nebraska kids want to take a shot at playing for the Huskers as walk-on‘s. Some of them are going to do well.
I can see this kid used in some trick plays...if he is a good passer...win win..
Is he left handed?
Need more big ones as walk ons. Ofr at least framed to becvome big ones.
You mean in addition to the 4 OL and the 1 DE? in other words 1/3 of our walk on class.
Separate names with a comma.
