Each year UCF has an elaborate Football Kick Off Luncheon. This year Dr. Tom Osborne will be the guest speaker. At last year's luncheon, SF said that of all the fine coaches he ever worked with or played for, TO was the one he would most like to emulate.
The event is on 18 August in Orlando. Tickets are $115. Ticket info below. Last year it was sold out, so anyone interested in going should apply ASAP.
