Countering the Attrition (below 85 scholarships) for Fall 2018

Spot on. Coaching changes can make it so there's some guys out there you want. Now, if they get all their tier 1 and tier 2 guys on board before early signing day, they won't be holding any back.

If there are a few schollies left, will a guy be able to sign before early signing day if it is to fill those empty scholarships?
 



Just back from vacation & it sure seems that all questions posed by this OP have been answered. As noted in other threads, this staff has not messed around once they dropped below 85 scholarships. HCSF & staff seem to be using every tool available to reshape this roster.
