My initial reaction of #9 South Carolina vs #20 Nebraska was very "ho-hum" in nature. Then I got to thinking and I like the thought of Nebraska beating Spurier!!! Plus, who has SC really played? I like our chances against SC, except I haven't done enough research to know if SC's QB is mobile or not. Anyone know?
 

and IIRC, their running back is out for the year with a tear in the knee (not sure which ligament)
 



It all depends which SC team shows up: The one who beat Clemson a few weeks ago or the somewhat inconsistent team they have been under Superior. If they play up to the standard of the Clemson game the Huskers could be in for a long night. If not, anything can happen.
 




Also, having the chance to play a top 10 team from the SEC gives us a chance to show improvement, build momentum, and gain visibility in a different part of the country. I'm so happy when compared to last year which gave us a "no win" opportunity which we promptly didn't win. :(
 
Well, it is not the Insight Bowl. Other than that should be a good game. For those going enjoy and have a good time.
