The pre-season poll is out and Nebraska is number 2, behind Stanford.

The Big Ten is well represented with 7 in the top 25 and Michigan receiving votes (the equivalent of 27 in the rankings). Additionally the Big Ten has 5 teams in the top 12.
The one team that I thought would be ranked higher was Purdue at 23. What I recall is they were very athletic, and didn't lose much to graduation. They gave the Huskers a good game at Devaney.
Creighton is 13.
