I loved hair metal back in the 80s. I still love a lot of it but some of it strictly for nostalgia reasons. :)
 










The '80s are like the Bermuda Triangle of music for me. Most of my alltime faves are '60s and '70s. And there is a lot of '90s and beyond music that I like a lot. I'm going to a Logic concert Friday night.

If I had to pick my 100 favorite albums, I don't think any would be form the '80s.

While there was a lot of lousy stuff in the 80's, there are some all-time great albums.

GNR - Appetite for Destruction
Metallica - Master of Puppets and Ride the Lightning
Van Halen - 1984
AC/DC - Back in Black
