On Tuesday 7 March, Roman, a 4-year-old boy from Kenley, Croydon, saved his mother’s life by using her thumbprint to unlock her iPhone. He then used the Siri function to dial 999, which put him through to emergency services.
When they arrived, they found Roman with his twin brother, his younger brother, and their mum, who was lying unconscious on the floor. The paramedics gave her life-saving first aid. She regained consciousness and was then taken to hospital.
Police have released a clip of the 999 call to remind parents about the importance of teaching young children their address and how to use 999 in an emergency.
So many feelz...
