Reference Dr Lapchick's comment. CD was the guy who planted the seed, he was rough and profane but he took care of his guys, had a plan and executed it. Tom is the guy that brought it all together and expanded and innovated. A man who I believe is a genius. IMO what we see is the result of his christian ethic as it pertains to organizations and athletics in particular.
