It takes about 5 minutes of mixing the ingredients and 2.5 hours of setting around for the dough to rise. No kneading required. Just mix the dry ingredients, pour in the water and mix some more.

2 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of warm water
1 tsp of salt, sugar and yeast.
Mix the dry ingredients and then pour in warm water (~100 degrees)
my mixture was a little soupy and I think it is because I sifted the all purpose flour...
